The aim of increasing the number of internships for 3rd and 4th level education is to bring industry and universities closer together to be able to meet each other’s needs more easy.

A template where companies can manifest their interest in providing internships can be downloaded here. It queries the required period of the internship (3, 6 or 12 month), the level of education wanted, etc.

The list of internships offers will be published on the Photonics21 website and as well be distributed through the Photonics21 newsletter.  

After a number of internships has been finalised, the Photonics21 secretariat will organise a workshop with all players (students, representatives of companies and representatives of institutes and universities) in order to collect experiences and establish curricula. The experience and examples of what was missing on the part of each player will serve as an information source.
