Precise Optics Fabrication
This is a sub-conference of Manufacturing of Optical Components, held under the umbrella of the WORLD OF PHOTONICS CONGRESS 2009, from 15 - 17 June, 2009.
Topics
Topics include, but are not limited to:
- Abrasive processes (grinding, smoothing, polishing, MRF)
- Single point cutting (diamond turning, fly cutting, micro-milling)
- Energy beam processing (ion beam, laser, abrasive jet, plasma processes)
- Optical fabrication process chain studies
Papers on applied OF&T research, and reports on process lessons learned from experiences in production and testing are also solicited.
